Return Policy
Laptops and Computers sales include a 90-day repair or replace warranty. All other products are warrantied for 30 days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Receipts are required for all returns.
Collectible and Specialty Electronics may be returned at no cost to the buyer.
In-Store Returns
1. Refunds for credit card payments will be refunded on the same credit card.
2. The Return Policy will be clearly posted for customers in the check-out area.
3. The Return Policy will be listed on the sales receipt.
4. Returned merchandise will be labeled in such a way as to notify the rebuild lab to re-introduce
into supply intake and moved to the rebuild lab processing area/racks.
5. Returned merchandise will be evaluated by the rebuild lab.
